Why a patio or deck cover?
When it gets too hot or the rain comes out, a patio or deck cover does the job. A permanent solution adds to these benefits.
What’s better about your patio cover construction?
Lets the light through so that under the cover it's bright as well as inside the house. 100 percent UV protection and reflects the heat up to 75 percent. All this wrapped up in a permanent practically maintenance free solution.
What’s the warranty?
30 years on the roof for discolouring, cracking or yellowing, 10 years against hail perforation, 5 years on the structure and 2 years on the installation. That is the best warranty on the market!
Does it stay year round?
Yes, no need to put it up every spring and down every fall.
What about the snow load capacity?
Built to the snow load code standards for your area. Total peace of mind.
What colours does it come in?
White is the standard one with also Brown, Black and Sandalwood for a small fee. Finally we also offer any of the 3500 RAL colours for a bigger fee.
Can you enclose it later?
Absolutely, 90 percent of our customers do it this way. The cover first and later they enclose it. Some even enclose a section then later another one. It's the modular concept that allows you the flexibility and the whole process is seamless.
Is it a 4 season room?
No, these range from $50,000 and up and require a foundation. We can easily be converted into a 3 season room at a fraction of the cost of a 4 season room.
Is it a 3 season room?
Once enclosed, it can be. And considering the difference in price from a 4 season room, it's the selection of choice for most home owners.
Awning vs natural light patio cover: what's the difference?
Awnings need to retract in bad weather or can rip and drip, they need to be removed for winter and the covers last for a few years only and need replacing. It's also dark under an awning, and dark inside the home. Natural light patio covers are permanent, bright, low maintenance and last and last.
Do I need to remove or cover my furniture when it rains?
No, the structure is permanent, so the party can go on without all the guests running inside the home for cover.
What about hail, will it damage it?
No, we have a 10 year warranty on the cover against hail perforations, you're protected!
